    Role Overview

    • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of international customers and delivering on key performance indicators such as retention, expansion, adoption and advocacy. You will work closely with leadership to set clear goals and co-create practical plans for customer success.



    • You must have at least 5 years experience in SaaS customer success or an adjacent role with measurable renewal/adoption results. This can include roles in consulting, account management or product enablement.
    • Candidate must possess strong analytical skills including proficiency in spreadsheets/BI tools to interpret product usage data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Able to communicate complex technical information clearly both verbally and written English skills required



      You should also have the following skills: 
    • Solution engineering capability in a SaaS environment with ability to run discovery sessions mapping requirements to portal capabilities designing configurations/workflows explaining trade-offs handling live product Q&A's.‍ ,
      Business use cases pain points identifying/designing/solving them communicating clearly documenting/presenting solutions. :=
