    General Manager (m/f/d) Brazil and ParaguayAVIAREPS has 30 years experience providing professional passenger GSA services and tourism marketing to clients around the globe.

    As the world's leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with 69 offices in 65 countries, AVIAREPS represents airlines as well as destinations, hotels, attractions, airports, cars, trains, cruise lines, retailers and import/export organizations, and offers a full suite of B2B and B2C services which includes sales & reservations, marketing, digital, and PR programs.

    We are looking for a
    General Manager Brazil and Paraguay based inSão Paulo for the next possible starting date

    Your Mission:
    Lead the maintenance and expansion in our Brazil office (90% dedication) and develop Paraguay (10% dedication) based in São PauloDrive strategic and operational initiatives to capitalize on the enormous growth potential in these key marketsDevelop existing client relationships and actively pursue new opportunities for expansionLead, support, and develop our team in both countries to jointly drive growthCraft and oversee the creation of compelling RFPs to attract and secure new clientsLead the team across both countries, fostering their development with professional hard and soft skillsCoordinate recruiting efforts to acquire the best candidates, ensuring the continued development of the company to meet and exceed targetsProvide transparent and insightful monthly reporting to the board on progress and strategiesManage business units within allocated budgets to optimize resources and maximize profitabilityOversee Profit and Loss of all business unit operations to align with company expectations and ensure sustained success in Brazil and Paraguay marketsBy building strong relationships reassure team confidence and together deliver our clients KPIs

    Your Qualification:
    With a leadership background in the airline/travel industry, you possess a potent blend of sales and marketing skillsYou are a natural business developer who is passionate about service excellence and business growth, you always go the extra mile to achieve your targetsCharacterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, you adeptly motivate and inspire colleagues, articulating a compelling vision for AVIAREPSYou enjoy working in a fast-moving environment with flat hierarchies, open door policies, and dynamic peopleFluency in English is a given, with proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish being highly advantageousYour proven track record in sales, marketing, and leadership within the airline or travel trade industry (e.g., Tour operator, corporate, luxury consolidator) is well-documentedYou embrace digital innovation and adapt readily to change, leveraging technology to drive organizational progressToday you might have a leading role, ideally in Sales, Marketing or Business development, and you are looking for your next career stepAs a strong communicator, you have an extensive business network in aviation, tourism and travel trade industryEducation in travel/tourism, hotel, aviation business, economics or similar fieldYou are a people person and enjoy building relationships
