Job Title: Service Technician

The primary role of the Service Technician is to provide exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our customers in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling general inquiries, providing training and assistance to partners, and performing on-site service when necessary.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of proactivity. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining regular communication with management staff in Brazil as well as Level 2 engineers based in our HQ office in China.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

• Intermediate Chinese language proficiency (speaking and writing)


• Techincal degree in electricity or renewable energy field equivalent such as photovoltaics


• >At least one year experience working wih PV inverters preferred but not required.)  Knowledge about Brazilian regulation on PV encouraged although not necessary  MS Office experience recommended
