    As a Process Specialist at the leading customer-centric company on Earth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality control at Amazon Logistics (AMZL). Specifically, your responsibilities will revolve around implementing and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures at AMZL, Amazon's delivery service arm.

    You will collaborate with various teams including Operations, Learning, Finance, and other support functions to identify issues, enhance performance, and monitor progress.

    As an ACES Process Specialist, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all operational processes, sharing your expertise effectively with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operational processes
    • Leading process integration at Delivery Stations (DS)
    • Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives like Kaizens and Root Cause Analysis
    • Owning and managing change at a detailed level
    • Conducting audits to ensure SOP adherence and address defects
    • Collaborating with UTR and OTR teams to identify improvement opportunities
    • Ensuring top-notch service delivery to customers

    A Day in the Life:

    You will engage closely with AMZL teams to provide support, identify bottlenecks, and spot areas for enhancement. Teams you will closely work with include Station Ops, Last Mile team/Delivery Service Providers (DSP), Learning, Finance, HR, and Loss Prevention.

    You will also liaise with counterparts in other regions to benchmark processes and maintain alignment with Amazon Standard Work.

    The ACES team at Amazon is dedicated to quality control and continuous improvement, monitoring metrics to drive performance excellence and efficiency. Additionally, they champion the adoption of new technologies and procedures while offering subject matter expertise to peers.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in logistics, manufacturing, or a related field
    • Lean Six Sigma certification
    • Experience in complex operational and process improvement projects
    • Data-oriented approach utilizing KPIs
    • Proficiency in Process Mapping
    • Strong English and Portuguese skills
    • Potential for occasional travel within Brazil

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations
    • Experience in project management, with Agile background preferred
    • Background in logistics and supply chain
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
