    --Management of escalated customer servicing items requiring sales assistance

    --Ownership of OMP – customer forecasting

    --Management of OEM customer portal requests

    --Generation of sales reports

    --Assist with internal and external sales presentation development

    --Assist with customer contracts/NDA renewals as needed

    --Assist with upkeep of SFDC account records and opportunity management

    --Assist with SFDC assigned tasks

    --Assist with pricing incorporation into SFDC

    --Provide direct sales support / account mgmt. for assigned customers

    --Key contact with the plant buyers

    --Market Dynamic/Demand Report

    --IHS Production/Exports

    Qualification:

    --Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish

    --Engineering, Science, Business
