- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system hardware, application software, and operating systems.
- Perform endpoint security remediations as assigned by Security team.
- Experience in supporting end-user devices such as Windows desktops & laptops, Apple devices (iMacs, iPads), Chromebox etc., printers scanners etc.
- Provide hands-on support for facility infrastructure network system admin on-site event support such as board meetings coordination with central IT Service Desk ensure adherence SLAs maintain high levels customer satisfaction
- A degree in Computer Science or related field equivalent work experience required
