    Reporting to CEO - Americas / Global Quality Manager

    • Assist Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager in all internal/external quality and regulatory audits, and maintains audit readiness.
    • Assist the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager in development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the FFSC200 system
    • Provide direction, training, coaching, and leadership to quality technicians.
    • Create and maintain document control system and update all SOPs related to safety, warehouse, production, operations, and quality.
    • Assist in investigations, resolutions, and documentation related to customer complaints and all other corrective / preventative actions.
    • Manage QC testing of all stages of Raw and Finished products.
    • Responsible for monitoring production to seek out deficiencies or non-compliance and enforcement of GMP's – train and coach team members on SOPs.
    • Responsible for maintaining log of calibration of lab equipment and ensure that equipment is in calibration.
    • Responsible for ensuring plant MSS is followed, environment is clear of pathogens, and quality team is properly swabbing and recording data.
    • Keep laboratory and plant environment safe and clean when working.
    • Work side by side with the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager to create and maintain a robust FFSC200 system, to build and train an expert level quality and regulatory affairs team, and to create an environment that fosters continuous improvement and efficiency.
