Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

• We're looking for an exceptional Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team.

This role will be focused on providing comprehensive support to our employees and clients, ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment to offboarding. You'll work closely with our HR Lead and other members of the organization to drive people initiatives and deliver excellent internal customer support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources functions, with experience working with tech companies being highly desirable. You should possess advanced English language skills, great interpersonal and influencing abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive HR initiatives and provide expertise in talent management;


2. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational development;


3. Support managers in building optimized HR functions within their teams;


4. Closely collaborate with clients to meet their specific needs;
