    Global Executive Recrutier - Fluent in English | Remote

    At Bluedot BPO Solutions, we connect top LATAM talent with high-performing U.S. teams. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring processes and support corporate talent acquisition for international clients.

    This fully remote role offers daily exposure to the U.S. market and a clear growth path for professionals who want to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and HR leadership.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and strategic roles
    • Partner with stakeholders to align candidate profiles and hiring needs
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for the U.S. market
    • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
    • Manage and maintain healthy candidate pipelines
    • Ensure an excellent candidate experience end-to-end
    • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates
    • Support strategic hiring initiatives for clients and internal teams

    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience with Hunting in the North-American Market
    • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
    • Strong English communication skills (professional level)
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused
    • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
    • Experience recruiting for international or U.S. clients is a strong plus

    Nice to Have

    • Background in corporate or executive recruitment
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS
    • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
    • Experience working with global stakeholders

    Technical Requirements

    • Two monitors
    • Laptop with i5/i7 (or equivalent) + 12GB RAM
    • High-speed internet
    • Headset with microphone
    • Quiet home office
