- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Manage and maintain healthy candidate pipelines
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience end-to-end
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Support strategic hiring initiatives for clients and internal teams
- 2+ years of experience with Hunting in the North-American Market
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong English communication skills (professional level)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Experience recruiting for international or U.S. clients is a strong plus
- Background in corporate or executive recruitment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
- Experience working with global stakeholders
