- Outbound Prospecting: Build pipeline for Inside and Field Sales Teams by identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead Routing: Ensure efficient lead routing to appropriate sales teams, maximizing conversion rates.
- Lead Qualification: Review, contact, and qualify marketing-generated leads to ensure they meet our established criteria.
- Opportunity Passing: Pass qualified opportunities to our New Business Hunter team based on defined rules of engagement.
- Sales Generation: Generate sales by phone for defined new customer segments, from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Pain Point Identification: Focus on the value that Monotype brings to an organization by understanding the pain points that prospective customers are currently experiencing.
- Product Knowledge: Work with sales managers and sales enablement to stay well-versed in client products.
- Sales Strategy Refining: Collaborate with sales managers and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Customer Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions.
- Telesales Experience: 6+ months of telesales experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Sales Growth: Interest to grow & excel in Sales.
- Problem Identification: Strong problem identification and objection resolution ability.
- Customer Engagement: Ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed.
- CRM Software: Experience with customer relationship management software and knowledge of marketing automation software.
- Adaptability: Ability to embrace change and learn quickly.
- Salary and Commissions: CLT base salary + commissions (Tier 1 SaaS B2B salary).
