    About Our Client

    Our client is a well-established Software as a Service (SaaS) company in the Technology sector, specializing in digital marketing and design.

    Description of Role

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone.

    1. Outbound Prospecting: Build pipeline for Inside and Field Sales Teams by identifying new business opportunities.
    2. Lead Routing: Ensure efficient lead routing to appropriate sales teams, maximizing conversion rates.
    3. Lead Qualification: Review, contact, and qualify marketing-generated leads to ensure they meet our established criteria.
    4. Opportunity Passing: Pass qualified opportunities to our New Business Hunter team based on defined rules of engagement.
    5. Sales Generation: Generate sales by phone for defined new customer segments, from initial contact to signed agreement.
    6. Pain Point Identification: Focus on the value that Monotype brings to an organization by understanding the pain points that prospective customers are currently experiencing.
    7. Product Knowledge: Work with sales managers and sales enablement to stay well-versed in client products.
    8. Sales Strategy Refining: Collaborate with sales managers and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches.
    9. Customer Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

    1. Telesales Experience: 6+ months of telesales experience in a business-to-business environment.
    2. Sales Growth: Interest to grow & excel in Sales.
    3. Problem Identification: Strong problem identification and objection resolution ability.
    4. Customer Engagement: Ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
    5. Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
    6. Motivation: Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed.
    7. CRM Software: Experience with customer relationship management software and knowledge of marketing automation software.
    8. Adaptability: Ability to embrace change and learn quickly.

    What We Offer

    1. Salary and Commissions: CLT base salary + commissions (Tier 1 SaaS B2B salary).
