    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of various PBX systems including Cisco, Avaya. Primary Cisco Call manager.
    • Configure Session Border Controllers & Voice Gateways, SIP trunks (Centralized, Local).
    • Knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H323, RTP, TCP, UDP, Voice Codecs
    • Implement and support the technology change from Carrier ISDN (E1/T1) circuits to centralized Carrier SIP and from Legacy PBX to Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
    • Knowledge of Cisco Expressway (Core and Edge)
    • Troubleshooting Voice Infra issues
    • Familiarity with Cisco TAC cases and software updates.
    • Implementation and support of Microsoft Teams Phone System and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice including Conferencing, Voicemail & Auto Attendant
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration, 3rd party app integrations, Call Quality dashboard etc.
    • Experience with end point management & security including Teams Room systems (Video)
    • Understanding of Incident, Request & Change management in ticketing tool
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Advanced english

    Nice to have: -

    • knowledge of PowerShell
    • Understanding of SharePoint, Jira for project management would be an added advantage
    • Ability to handle Cisco TAC cases and Cisco software updates
