Responsibilities
- Manage Payroll activities in terms of applying current practices procedures regulations Implement oversee automated Payroll Timekeeping systems Implement periodically review norms procedures established department ensure compliance company policies government laws
- Monitor guidance application collective agreements norms union recommendations Monitor guidance changes labor social security legislation Monitor inspections Ministry Labor Social Security verification company employee records Monitor internal external audits Prepare managerial reports KPIs required department clients Assist guide understand clients needs Foster innovation continuous improvement Be aware different stakeholders maintain effective communication them ensure success operations achievement organizational goals Leading teams making strategic decisions ensuring operational effectiveness achieve organizational goals
