    Sales Manager

    At ROSEN, we are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive business growth by understanding customer needs and developing relationships while continuously expanding sales of value-added solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and negotiations within the Oil and Gas sector, as well as a strong understanding of commercial processes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Meet sales targets within assigned territory, business line, and time frame as defined by management.
    • Support recurrent sales and strategy planning.
    • Identify potential clients and projects.
    • Present identified opportunities effectively and convincingly to customers.
    • Understand customers' organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
    • Obtain market information, evaluate trends, and gather competitive intelligence to inform regional sales and profitability strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Professional degree in Engineering.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales and negotiations within the Oil and Gas sector.
    • Experience in Business Development.
    • Relevant knowledge of the Oil and Gas market.
    • Strong commercial skills, including CRM, sales planning, and account management.
    • International working experience is an advantage.
    • Availability to travel.
    • English language proficiency at B2 level (CEFR standards).
    • Strategic approach.
    • Technical, commercial, customer-oriented, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Team-oriented, social, and leadership skills aligned with the company's values.
