- Identify, prospect and recruit highpotential partners via phone or email for the Amazon Mentor Program.
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of partners and merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
- Be a support for new partners providing them training and recommendations to optimize their success on Amazon.
- Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Enable partners to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they can teach and train the merchants to become selfsufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards.
- Track and report development results, analyze , interpret reports and information for your portfolio of partners in Amazon Mentor.
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPIdriven environment.

Amazon team is looking for Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.Your role will be focused on hunting and recruiting new partners to Amazon Mentor Program. (40% of the time), specifically prospecting phone/email-based and helping to unblock partners who are using our self-service registration process.
Also, you will work with the existing partners as an account manager (30% of the time), helping them to learn how to sell on Amazon and providing the necessary training so the partners can support the merchants in their portfolio.
Partners should be able to help launch merchants and make them grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems and tools.
You will also be responsible for driving projects to improve the overall partner experience in the Amazon Mentor program (30% of the time).
Lastly, you will be responsible for using feedback from the partners and merchants to identify opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems and tools.

Our team supports merchants who signed up on Amazon Marketplace to sell their products through
The Amazon Mentor Program incentivizes third-party partners (3PPs) to refer, launch and grow Sellers on Amazon, allowing us to scale our capabilities to onboard new SPs.
The partners are trained on SOA and then prospect leads, pitch SOA, provide launch assistance (e.g., catalog and listing), and post-launch engagement for up to 4 months (e.g., Ads, FBA).
