Job Purpose and ImpactThe Debt Capital Markets Structurer will structure and advise on complex financing transactions related to the Debt Capital Markets in Brazil.

In this role, you will structure complex financial solutions by understanding the requirements of the customers and the applicable financial, legal, regulatory and tax frameworks.

Key AccountabilitiesDevelop a thorough understanding of the financial business landscape and the corresponding business risks in assigned geography.
Participate in client facing activities to understand customers' complex financial solutions requirements.
Lead and review documentations for ongoing and new transactions within the assigned geography.
Structure complex financial solutions based on current and potential market opportunities.
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Thorough understanding of the Debt Capital Markets regulations.
Thorough understanding in working with CVM/ANBIMA and B3 (CETIP) requirements (including the interfaces).Fluent/Advance English and Portuguese.
Other minimum qualifications may apply.
