    Job Opportunity

    We are looking for a professional Scheduling Coordinator to manage our lead generation process, with exceptional written and spoken English skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities. You will be responsible for promptly responding to text messages from our warm leads, scheduling appointments efficiently, making phone calls to confirm bookings and gathering necessary information.

    • This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with occasional overtime required.
    • You will work collaboratively in a small team environment handling additional tasks as needed.
