    Facilities Coordinator

    Location: Rio de Janeiro

    ">

    The Facilities Coordinator position provides critical support to the Head of Facilities while ensuring the successful completion of Facilities Work Orders in a timely and efficient manner.

    ">

    This position will also assist in the execution of construction and remodeling projects, requiring strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    ">

    Main Responsibilities:

    ">
      ">
    • Work with Facilities Vendors to assure services are executed according to Service Agreements.
      • ">
    • Create and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
      • ">
    • Communicate work orders to technicians and assist management in resolving issues.
      • ">
    • Assist with the oversight of subcontractor management of soft services related to Facilities, including landscaping, waste management, janitorial, pest control, document shredding, micro market, etc.
      • ">
    • Assist with the oversight of subcontractor management of hard services related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
      • ">
    • Provide support and guidance to Reception and Lobby operations, as well as serve as backup to the Receptionist position during vacation, PTO, and lunch breaks.
      • ">
    • Respond to work order requests via online work order system.
      • ">
    • Assist with managing space allocation and office signage.
      • ">
    • Be responsible for executing projects as dictated by the Head of Facilities.
      • ">
    • Provide assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.
      • ">
    • Assist with coordinating work and assigning tasks.
      • ">

    Requirements:

    • Graduation in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related areas.
      • ">
    • Previous background in Facilities activities.
      • ">
    • Basic English.
      • ">
    • Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, keeping track of multiple projects, employee concerns/complaints.
      • ">
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with building management and managers.
      • ">
    • Work independently without direct supervision.
      • ">
    • Very team-oriented.
      • ">
