    Key Account Manager Role


    As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing warm inbound leads from start to finish. This involves conducting high-quality discovery calls with founders who've already shown interest in our programs and understanding what they're building.


    You'll position our mentorship clearly and handle objections confidently, ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our clients. The role also requires tracking performance and improving conversion rates while maintaining a sharp focus in a high-volume environment (150–250 calls/day).


    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is key in this role. You should have excellent written and verbal skills, enabling you to articulate the value of our programs convincingly.
    • Mentorship Experience: Experience in providing guidance or coaching is essential for success as an Account Manager. Our ideal candidate has mentored individuals or teams before.
