This role requires building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes through our software solutions.

1. Foster customer expectations, resolve issues efficiently, and provide actionable insights to build trust.
2. Maintain regular contact through scheduled calls, emails, and success planning sessions to align expectations and needs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise in insurance as well as excellent language skills (Portuguese native level, Spanish fluent level).
