    International Opportunity Position is based in Dubai

    The Head of Procurement will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement and material management process for the purchase of direct and indirect goods and services.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead operations that build value driven vendor partnerships focusing on risk management, reliability, and cost effectiveness
    • Manage current sourcing & procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency
    • Implement structured negotiation processes that facilitate supplying negotiations and contracting
    • Develop and communicate a Sourcing & Procurement business plan
    • Execute strategic sourcing, drive value chain cost optimization and manage the product development lifecycle for the product lines
    • Explore and obtains new sources, methods and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of materials
    • Partner up with the internal stakeholders – mostly manufacturing entities – to facilitate effective sourcing and procurement deliverables
    • Manage the relationship and master distribution contract with key international brands/partners
    • Develop a centralized procurement program that will add value and efficiency to the organization
    • Coordinate and facilitate the sourcing and procurement deliverables of the manufacturing plants for needs of raw/packaging materials
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define material, quality and service requirements and standards develops vendor partnerships
    • Drive data driven KPIs focusing on Spend analytics and Cost avoidance measures ensuring Spend under contract as a target
    • Market intelligence, frequent market analysis and benchmarking to anticipate price fluctuations
    • Oversee contract development and administration of international brand distribution contracts as well as develop and establish contract manufacturing solutions for our private label products

    Key requirements:

    • Willing and able to relocate to Dubai
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
    • 10+ years of procurement related experience with 5+ years in a large consumer goods organization with solid exposure to reputable large scale international brands
    • 5+ years of people management experience
    • Proven experience with building strategic vendor programs
    • Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in strategic sourcing, managing partnership agreements, risk management, spent analysis and value creation
    • Solid analytical and computer skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Outstanding team building and leadership skills
