- Support and own the design and development of projects, working through all related dependencies with internal and external teams, mainly Retail, BI, 3P Programs, Operations, Transportation, Technology and Customer Services teams.
- Act as a connection between different teams to connect and converge different programs strategies to guarantee linearity on customer experience. Need to ensure activities are synced and information flowing.
- Keep leadership well communicated about key project issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.
- Create and lead plans, end to end, ensuring all business and operations teams have their goals created and delivered on time.
- Ensure the team is focused on the highest value activities and business issues that would be critical path for providing the best customer experience.
- Regularly poll the team in advance for their hotpoints and creating the appropriate agenda in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Support teams in BR needing help thinking through Operational problems (both business and technical).
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
