- Set up and manage conversion tracking and ecommerce tracking across multiple platforms and clients.
- Partner closely with digital advertising teams to align on key performance indicators and measurement methodologies.
- Conduct regular reporting on digital performance, including analysis of traffic patterns, conversion rates, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Develop dashboards and automated reports to provide insights at scale, working across diverse functions and departments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain analytics infrastructure.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role. Previous experience with a digital advertising agency is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and a broad knowledge of new trends and technologies in the industry.
- Exceptional skills in analyzing and interpreting complex digital performance data and making data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up ecommerce tracking and conversion tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
