    Marine Logistics Coordinator

    O cargo de Marine Logistics Coordinator é responsável pela coordenação de logística marítima em uma ou mais áreas, como:
    - Navios de suporte offshore (por exemplo: PSVs, AHTS, OSRV),
    - Preparação para emergências,
    - Suporte ao desembarque e outras necessidades logísticas.

    Tarefas principais:

    • Planejar, coordenar e fazer o acompanhamento do suprimento de materiais para unidades offshore (inclusive Drilling & Well, FPSOs, Plataformas de cabeça de poço, Flotels, etc) e suporte de tira para operações de desembarque;
    • Cooordenar papéis relacionados a capacidade/dimensionamento necessário, questões técnicas e responsabilidade de seguimento dos fornecedores para recursos logísticos e de preparação para emergências (Navios de suporte offshore e equipamentos relacionados);
    • Cooordenar centro de operação, bem como recursos logísticos e de preparação para emergências, desempenho de HSE, integridade técnica e disponibilidade de navios de suporte charterada;
    • Cooordenar papéis relacionados a planejamento, custos, desempenho e desenvolvimento logístico para recursos logísticos e de preparação para emergências;
    • Tratar fatores externos (por exemplo: condições climáticas ou restrições de capacidade logística) que possam influenciar a execução;
    • Desenvolver e manter boas relações com ambas as partes internas e externas;
    • Ter mentalidade comercial, entender e utilizar acordos relevantes relativos às necessidades operacionais;
    • Compreender os desafios de capacidade nas instalações offshore e encontrar a melhor solução logística;
    • Estar disponível para horários de plantão (se aplicável).

    Requisitos:

    • Educação formal na Marinha Mercante (EFOMM) ou Graduação em Engenharia (mecânica, química ou elétrica);
    • Mínimo 7 anos de experiência relevante na área (ao menos 5 anos envolvido em operações logísticas marítimas, seja em terra ou em alto-mar);
    • Conhecimento técnico sobre sistemas de máquina e DP de Navio de suporte;
    • Habilidades de planejamento de logística de navio;
    • Língua portuguesa fluentemente escrita e falada e inglês (escrito e falado);
    • Habilidades de comunicação para lidar com vários clientes e fornecedores;
    • A habilidade de trabalhar sob pressão atendendo múltiplos stakeholders;
    • Flexibilidade para visitas offshore e portuárias.
