    Lead and manage market (country) demand review, S&OP, S&OE, IBR (integrated business review process) and act as liaison focal point between commercial, marketing and functional local teams and GMS/Supply Chain/Sites and Vendors.

    Understands and uses SAP APO DP, ECC and IBP in order to support the planning process.

    Deliver solutions to business units in terms of sales, forecasting, supply and stock management (internal and external) using business partnering, good level of relationship with all levels and functional areas, in order to manage issues, risks, opportunities wisely and proactively.

    Responsibilities Lead monthly review meetings and apply forecasting principles (market intelligence input, consensus forecasts) to analyze historical data, sellout and market stock information whenever available with country stakeholders, generate rolling 36month collaborative consensus forecast and submit in SAP; Track (via regular meetings with multifunctional teams and sites) critical milestones prior to new product introduction and support timely launch and revenue commitments; Lead monthly local Sign Off meeting and drive appropriate conversations and action plans to facilitate decision-making and support Zoetis objectives; Rollout statistical Forecast; Timely set up of local master data for markets per master data management governance and processes and ensures master data is accurate in all relevant systems; Reviews and drives optimal planning market parameters (such as Safety Stock, Min.

    Effective Shelf Life, Stop Sale etc); Review and adjust ABC classification for all products at market and business units levels; Monthly review of inventory to minimize write off and drive timely provisioning; manage obsolescence & slowmoving products to optimize the overall inventory level; Ensure optimal supply to market based on SAP recommendation (i.e.

    forecast and planning parameters); Manage and chase intercompany processes to expedite deployments and mean of transport decisions; Allocate inventory during short supply situations based on market critically and margin maximization; Keep continuous, stable and broad communication on stock issues and resolutions with maximum anticipation and managing escalations properly across organization, avoiding noise; Seek for anticipating back order or stock out resolution at minimum cost and in alignment with GMS processes and market needs; Influence others down, up and across the organization with no formal authority in order to gain alignment, communicate and commit to NPI (new product introductions), site transfers or change controls deadlines; Understand New Product Introduction process specifics in the end-to-end supply chain (forecasting, supply and production planning), collaborates with key stakeholders in the end-to-end supply chain, anticipates and mitigates risks; Understands commercial processes in preparation of the launch of a new product Understand GMP manufacturing unit operations; manufacturing timelines, quality investigations & release processes; raw materials procurement, etc; Ability to manage product launches as project and identify Critical Path and Interdependecies; Tools - planning/ tracking/ action follow-up and close-out; Build when needed, elaborate and report key performance indicators; Maintain dashboards in power bi for discussing demand variables wisely and fact-data based with business units to seek for growth, budget with advance enough to allow GMS to provide products; Good understanding of Supply Chain systems, ability to use SAP planning tools, Power BI and MDG processes.

    Basic Requirements and Hard Skills:
    Fully graduated; Fluent in Portuguese; SAP knowledge; Advanced Excel and Power Point skills; Demand forecasting, S&OP or/and supply chain process minimum 5 years' experience; Power BI knowledge, dashboards and high analytical skills; Statistical knowledge; Problem solving methods Spanish; Graduation in any scientific school, Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA or post-graduation; Experience on other areas of supply chain (PPC, supply planning or logistics/distribution); APICS/ASCM/PMI certification; Green or Black Belt in LeanSigma; Consumer goods, Pharmaceutical or Animal Health background Summary
