We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to own the customers' first 30-45 days, set the tone for the relationship, build confidence and ensure customers are ready quickly and correctly.
This role defines the customer's first impression of our company and has clear growth potential within a fast-scaling SaaS organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand our Customer Success department. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading onboarding sessions via phone, video, text and email using our proprietary tech stack. You will also complete all daily CRM tasks such as sending emails and making calls.
