As a Sales Intern, you will help the sales team achieve great results and help customers have a smooth experience.

Your objective is to support the booking approval process, guaranteeing all our guests check-in experience. You will guarantee agility and quality of service prioritizing customers' satisfaction. Your routine requires intelligent analysis of situations and establishing processes of continuous improvement for the company.

The role is a great opportunity for a hard-working and talented person to gain a real insight into the hospitality industry and sales department.

Com, Expedia...);Daily communication with our customers;Customers orders tracking;Analytical ability to classify and develop strategic information for the areas;Be entrepreneurial, notbe afraid to get your hands dirty and go beyond to things rolling while uphold and elevate maintain the company service standard;Receiving complex inquiries from guests and then deciding the right way to resolve the issues based on team policies.

Be process driven and help delivering an outstanding experience for our clients;THIS ROLE REQUIRES Great communication skills- both written and verbal;Proficiency in English.

Studying Adminstration, Economics, Marketing or similar areas Knowledge in Microsoft Office;
