- Generate and manage pipelines of opportunities.

- Coordinate internal resources from ProServe to align with the overarching strategy.
- Create compelling business cases and closing plans.
- Cultivate rapport and build trust with customers.
- 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
- 5+ years of database (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience.
- 7+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
- 5+ years of software development using object-oriented languages.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), systems, networks, and operating systems.
- 7+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, large-scale project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience in consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services team is seeking Customer Practice Managers (CPMs) to lead and/or support significant customer programs during the solution and pursuit stages, create a long-term Professional Services strategy, and implement that strategy with those customers.
The CPM acts as a trusted advisor for our customers and is responsible for all aspects of business development, deal structuring, deal support, and closure in those accounts.
AWS Professional Services is involved in a wide range of projects with customers and partners, leveraging collective experience from across the AWS customer base. We are dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for the Customer.
Our team collaborates extensively across the entire AWS organization to provide access to product and service teams, ensuring the right solution is delivered at the right time, and driving feature innovation based on customer needs.
