    Job DescriptionAs a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for daily management of services with a critical and analytical perspective.

    Leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Car Fleet Management: Conduct research and analytical work, particularly in managing rental companies, evaluating expense reports (traffic fines and corrective maintenance), coordinating with HR on vehicle replacement schedules, benchmarking, tracking action plans, and providing management reports.
    • Administrative Tasks: Manage Facilities contracts, liaising with Procurement and Legal Teams, oversee payment processes including data control, invoice reconciliation, expense allocation, and entry into company systems. Prepare monthly management reports.
    • Corporate Travel Dynamics: Understanding of corporate travel dynamics including relations with travel agencies, rental cars, airline tickets, hotel bookings, refunds, and credit card rebates.
    Background & Experience- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (architecture, engineering, etc.). Knowledge in data analysis, real estate, or engineering is advantageous. Relevant coursework in facility planning, operations management, and business analytics is preferred.

    • Solid and proven experience in the Facilities area – at least 7 years.
    • Advanced skills in Excel.
    • Advanced proficiency in English with strong communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing.
    • Organized, analytical individual with the ability to evaluate processes, structure procedures, exercise critical thinking, and problemsolving skills. Possessing a proactive attitude, positive energy, and enthusiasm for innovation and new ideas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Additionally, able to navigate and attend to different hierarchical levels (serving VPs, Directors, and Managers) while demonstrating leadership skills and possessing both innovation and processoriented vision.
