- Client Relationship Management:
- Buildd maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and business growth.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that identifies and pursues new business opportunities.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales deals by negotiating contracts and developing proposals for potential clients.
- Strategic Planning:
- Create detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and quotas by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Build processes and funnels to reach out, onboard, activate, and expand clients.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the delivery of services to ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to other leadership team members.
- Use CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales data.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adaptability:
- Be able to adapt and adjust to the changing needs of the business.
- Professional English fluency and experience building successful sales strategies for BPO/Outsourcing companies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to drive actions.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in the outsourcing market, including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Bachelor's Degree (Nice to have).
- Full-time employment (40 hours a week) with remote work options.
