Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Transition Project Analyst to support the successful planning and execution of IT transition projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Transition Manager to coordinate project activities, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transition Manager in performing project management activities.
• Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project
• Coordinate, schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings and weekly status reporting and other team meetings
• Following established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
• Drive a focus on consistent communication and project standards internally within the project team and externally with customer
• Act as a point of contact for all project administrative tasks for the assigned project
• Utilize MS tools including teams, project and spreadsheets to track budgets, schedules, and other information.
• Setup and manage processes for contract management, financial management, scope management and other elements of the project management processes
• Oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.
• Create and manage project deliverables, milestones and required tasks per the schedule
• Coordination of and response to requests for changes from the original specifications
• Building and maintaining positive working relationship with vendors and external/internal customers
