Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Junior Legal Manager to enhance our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's tax litigation matters, collaborating with external legal firms to devise optimal strategies for each case.
- Ensure compliance by monitoring tax clearance certifications.
- Prepare and present regular reports (monthly and weekly) regarding ongoing tax litigation cases.
- Identify and track significant tax-related discussions and developments within the country.
- Provide support to the tax team in addressing legal inquiries.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law is required (minimum of 8 years of experience).
- Previous experience in tax litigation, either in corporate settings or specialized law firms.
- Proficient in English with advanced presentation skills (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialization in tax law and/or tax litigation.
- Specialization in labor law.
- Specialization in general litigation.
