The Role:

• Leverage CEO strategy into executable plans across Product, Fundraising, Manufacturing Partnerships, Real Estate & Deployment Strategy, International Expansion, and Board Communications.

This role requires executive maturity and comfort operating in ambiguity. We seek someone who can drive OKR cadence while ensuring discipline across execution systems (Monday.com etc.). Identify risks early and enforce accountability to meet strategic objectives.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years as Chief of Staff reporting directly to a CEO
