Azure Migration Engineer

About the Role:

This position involves planning and executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations with minimal downtime. Key responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing data migrations across environments, and optimizing software configurations for efficient performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Microsoft Tenant to Tenant migration skills (Exchange/SharePoint administrative understanding at minimum)
• Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Quest ODM Tool certification (nice to have)
• 10+ years' experience in enterprise/corporate environments

Benefits:
The ideal candidate will have strong Azure development experience in production environments and deep .NET/C# expertise. Additionally, proficiency in designing/building/supporting Azure Functions is required. Experience working with U.S.-based teams and strong English communication are also essential.
Picturing this role as part of a near-shore delivery model, availability aligned to ET ±1 hour would be beneficial.
