Commerce Delivery Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting e-Commerce Transportation Operations for North America. Your responsibilities include tracking and tracing shipments, analyzing delivery metrics, collaborating with transportation carriers to troubleshoot issues, resolving escalations from customers and internal stakeholders.

• Cross-functional teams collaborate to resolve shipment status issues.
• A thorough analysis of weekly and monthly on-time delivery metrics (OTD) is conducted for North America.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential in this role along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
