    Analista de Planejamento Estratégico

    Buscamos um profissional responsável por dar suporte às agências e executar tarefas referentes à formalização das operações de contemplação de todas as linhas de consórcio.

    Tarefas:

    • Construir e revisar o Planejamento Estratégico da Cooperativa, mantendo a conexão da estratégia entre as entidades do Sistema, Central e CAS;
    • Acompanhar indicadores ligados à estratégia;
    • Analisar resultados dos indicadores estratégicos e propor ações de melhoria;
    • Acompanhar planejamento, cronogramas/sprints, custos, recursos e qualidade de projetos;
    • Monitorar entregas do projeto, junto aos gestores, controlando prazos e certificando-se de que o produto entregue esteja de acordo com o planejamento inicial;
    • Organizar comitês executivos.

    Requisitos e qualificações:

    • Ensino superior em áreas afins: Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharias;
    • Diferenciais: MBA em Gestão de Projetos ou Certificação PMP (Project Management Professional).

    Habilidades e conhecimentos desejáveis:

    • Gestão estratégica e de projetos;
    • Metodologia de planejamento e métodos ágeis;
    • Boa organização e comunicação;
    • Resolução de conflitos, negociação e adaptabilidade;
    • Habilidade de multiplicar o conhecimento;
