- Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Create and execute annual operating plans to meet cost targets and improve productivity.
- Lead Manufacturing Process Development: Apply knowledge of processes, equipment, and systems to set standards and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage Manufacturing Production Operations: Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Lead Manufacturing Production Planning and Control: Remove production constraints, allocate resources, and ensure attainment of established goals.
- Manage Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Operations: Apply TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma tools and concepts to improve maintenance and engineering operations.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Lead the quality area, ensuring adherence to quality compliance mandates and food safety best practices.
- Environmental and Employee Health and Safety: Ensure that all plant functions operate under best practices, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or MBA: A post-degree in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous Experience: Manufacturing SR Manager or Director in a bakery company with experience in an Italian cultural environment.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong coaching, leadership, and team-based environment skills.
- Analytics and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and international experience.
- Italian Cultural Sensitivity: Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish is a plus.
