We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist who is proficient in integrating various software and automating processes using tools such as Zapier and Make.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Integrating various software and platforms, and automating processes using Zapier and Make.
• Managing CRMs such as Hubspot, , Pipedrive, and GoHighLevel.
• Collaborating with call scheduling software such as Calendly, Schedule Once, Hubspot Booking SDK.
• Automating advertising reporting from Google and Facebook into spreadsheets, attribution platforms, and other databases.
• Streamlining business processes like client onboarding, document creation, and sales process automation.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automations.
• Documenting automations/integrations for future re-use.
• Leveraging APIs to create custom functionality.

Who You Are

• Proficient in managing complex automations or integrations using Zapier and
• Experienced in integrating directly with APIs.
• Familiar with sales enablement platforms and CRMs such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, , ScheduleOnce, and Calendly.
• Skilled in working with programmatic advertising platforms like Facebook and Google.
• A creative problem solver able to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
• Experienced in technical documentation to enable team members to understand and work with automations/integrations.

What Success Looks Like

30 Days:

• Integrated with the team and assisting with automations and integrations.
• Started automating business processes and repeatable tasks with fulfillment and operations.

60 Days:

• Optimizing existing automations and integrations.
• Initiated documenting and standardizing automation and integration plans, procedures, and SOPs.

90 Days:

• Successfully automated all core business processes and procedures, standardized for reusability for clients and internal projects.
