The Analyst will be responsible for:Support to End-Users Applications in Staging EnvironmentsAct in conjunction with Infrastructure and Service-Desk tokeep the Production environment safe and stableBusiness relationship with internal stakeholders and Support Vendors relationship managementCollect, assess and design business requirements into IT specificationsCreate, keep accurate and publish IT Key PerformanceIndicators(KPI) such as: Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Number of Critical BugsDisaster Recovery TO and RPOSupport and formalize governance controls and monitoring in adherence to the IT Governance policies and standardsFollow, review and improve local procedures;Support both Internal & External Audits and Committees;Deployment of solutions in staging and production environments
Requirements:Higher EducationAdvanced EnglishStrong knowledge on Payments and Cash Management processes (end to end, considering boleto issuance)Experience in user support and incident managementStrong analytical capacity to understand issues and propose viable solutionsFamiliarity with SQL and Oracle databases, integration platforms, windows server, file exchange platformsPrevious experience in Production supportExperience in Payments, Cash and Liquidity Mgmt.
