This is a post-sales, client-facing technical role that blends implementation, troubleshooting, and systems integration for HL7 interfaces within healthcare SaaS organizations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy HL7 interfaces within client instances ensuring accurate mapping of inbound and outbound data fields.
• Coordinate with client IT and EHR teams to establish secure data connections between the SaaS platform and customer systems.
• Serve as technical point of contact during implementation communicating integration requirements clearly to client technical stakeholders assisting in diagnosing resolving integration-related issues supporting go-live stabilization efforts monitoring integration performance improving documentation around interface setup troubleshooting contributing process improvements within the technical operations function
