    Descrição da vagaAbout the PositionAre you motivated by the prospect of continually improving business processes? Mouts is currently seeking a Change Management Process Specialist in OTC/PTP to join our Global Technology team, supporting one of our prestigious clients.

    In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting change management for process changes from an end-to-end (E2E) perspective, facilitating trainings, managing access, and being the go-to expert for new system functionalities.


    Main Responsibilities:


    • Lead and monitor actions related to process impacts within the SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and the business.
    • Develop training material in collaboration with SMEs, including handson sessions.
    • Conduct and lead sessions with ambassadors and train the trainers.
    • Assist in mapping business activities and managing technical cutover.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of system functionalities to address business adaptation challenges.
    • Support roles and profiles mapping (User Access Management
    • UAM).
    • Contribute to the Communication & Engagement Plan.
    • Provide support to the hypercare team in resolving processrelated incidents.
    • Act as a guardian of the Project template, striving to minimize deviations from the standard.
    • Facilitate smooth transitions of processes to regular business operations.

    What We Are Looking For:


    • Strong foundation in project methodologies, both Agile and Traditional.
    • Proficiency in using tools for developing training materials.
    • Technical understanding of business processes, specifically in Sales & Procurement.
    • Knowledge of SAP systems, preferably S/4 MM or SD.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Skills in process design.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Effective problemsolving skills.
