- Responsible for the Coordination of the Health and Performance program across the Latin American Countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico)
- Provide full user support and serve as the first point of escalation for onsite Health and Performance (H+P) needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for fitness instructors/massage therapists, serving as an intermediary between them and clients
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and training, including instructions on how to use the multipurpose room (e.g., sound system, video systems) and its policies
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as the Ariba enrollment process, creation of purchase orders (POs), submission of invoices, payment control, and handling funding requests when needed for the Health and Performance suppliers (such as fitnessclasses, massage, personal trainers etc).
- English and spanish advanced
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Physical Education and others
- 2-3 years experience in the field or related areas
