You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:+5 years of experience as a Salesforce ConsultantSales Cloud Consultant Certification is a plusAt least 4 years of experience with technical implementationsStrong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQCRM process design and implementations backgroundStrong conversational and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.

Good understanding of business processes, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide optimal solutions.
Excellent client relationship management skills

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:Proactively recommending new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platformCollaborate with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functionsDesign, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce.

Day to day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platformSupport the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep

configurations and ecosystemSalesforce platform best practices and user experienceUnderstanding of business process flowsCPQ, Sales Cloud
