- Manage the implementation of industrial technology projects focusing on maintenance, routine management, and reliability.
- Oversee projects with a focus on SAP, Azure solutions, information integration portals, and integrations (automation, PIMS, etc.).
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of business and IT professionals, as well as specific vendors.
- Operationalize project management routines using MS Project and Agile methodologies.
- Interact with ArcelorMittal's governance systems to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources allocation.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and closure meetings.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in implementing industrial technology projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP, Azure solutions, and integration platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with governance systems and adherence to organizational standards.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
