    Responsabilidades e atribuições

    Aqui seus principais desafios serão:

    • Acompanhar as atividades da equipe e os indicadores de performance através do levantamento de dados na ferramenta CRM, verificando a quantidade e consistência das interações das contas e a evolução das contas inseridas no Pipeline;
    • Aprovar as propostas comerciais de clientes, analisando a proposta e os dados inseridos, ocasionalmente tirando alguma dúvida com o consultor e justificando a proposta nos casos em que alçada deve seguir para outro nível;
    • Realizar reuniões para avaliação do Pipeline de Vendas, visando garantir o atingimento da meta, identificando o estágio da venda no pipeline, apoiando na negociação, alinhando a implantação com os departamentos internos, quando necessário;
    • Acompanhar os consultores em visitas a clientes com o objetivo de apoiar a negociação e dar feedback após a visita, dos pontos positivos e de desenvolvimento visando aprimorar as habilidades de planejamento de abordagem, de negociação e de fechamento;
    • Participar semanalmente de reuniões com o Gestor Imediato para avaliação dos resultados de Pipeline e definição de estratégias;

    Requisitos e qualificações

    • Superior Completo - Pós-graduação em nível de especialização, com MBA desejável.
    • Conhecimentos: Vendas B2B, finanças básicas, Inteligência de mercado, técnicas de negociação, apresentação e gestão de pessoas, políticas comerciais.
    • Inglês intermediário - desejável.
    • Facilidade em comunicação, planejamento, liderança, visão estratégica e do negócio e compromisso com o cliente.
