    As an Intern , you will have the opportunity to carry out quantitative and qualitative analyzes of variables, indicators and various sources of information to develop specific content for the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. Also, you will be able to analyze market conditions to examine potential sales for a product or service and analyze future trends. Support businesses by helping them better understand what products people want, who will buy them, and at what price.

    Responsibilities

    This position helps with routinary tasks.

    1. Market research:
    a) Develop quarterly and monthly studies on the ICT market. (The studies take place monthly or quarterly, so the professional must monitor and comply with the deadlines and stages of the research process).
    b) Collect data on consumers, competitors and market conditions and consolidate information.
    c) Contact and communicate with suppliers to schedule an interview for data collection.
    d) Document and record data in the system, meeting local and global deadlines.

    2. Investigation of new products or technologies.
    a) Investigate and report the impact of new technologies on the general market (AR/VR impacting the mobile device ecosystem, for example);
    b) Create and maintain an ecosystem of contacts to support research into new technologies

    3. Keep track of key drivers and latest IT market news

    a) Constantly carry out documentary research related to topics that may impact the market (new players, impact of government rules and regulations, external or international environment,

    Qualifications

    Studying the last 4 semesters (must) of Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications

    Good written, oral and presentation communication skills.

    High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism
    Bilingual: Portuguese-Spanish, English is a plus
    Quantitative and qualitative research skills

    Software: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
    Curious and innovative

    Passionate for information technology
    Ability to take responsibility and handle pressure
