    Our Opportunity As a Product Head in Maersk, you will be fully responsible for the P&L of the Contract Logistic business performance and operations in the Area (Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay), including product development, team upskilling, and customer care.

    Key responsibilities:
    Commercial pipeline management and topline growthContract management of existing businessDrive accountability of Delivery organization on operationsInvestment proposals managementFull responsibility for the financial resultsExecution of Maersk Contract Logistic strategy for the Area in alignment with the RegionExpand business footprint while ensuring profitable growthBusiness development aligned with strategyWorks with sales teams across areas & verticals for growthTender (RFQ/RFP) handlingCost Modeling and Solution EngineeringPricing & ContractingContract management of existing businessDrive adherence to the governance frameworkGuarantee the right customer's operations scopes x pricingTeam Management (all aspects – administration, performance and support) and talent pipelineDevelop a talent pipelineEngagement of Contract Logistic teams within the Region and AreasAct as SMEs and support the Area Sales teams in large-scale pursuits, including customer visits as requiredShare best practices with other Areas and Regional teamsWho we are looking for: Strong Product knowledgeMarket knowledge and networkFinancial acumen – ability to read, interpret and act on P&LSelf-directed/entrepreneurialTeam playerProven track record in leadership & team managementStakeholder management & collaboration in a matrix organizationCommercial mindsetCultural opennessCommunication & interpersonal skillsStrong dealing with customersChange & project managementWho we are:
