    We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes.

    We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
    In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including
    Source and engage with potential Virtual Assistant candidates through various channels;Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications;Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements;Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding;Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance and recruitment;
    Requirements
    Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the virtual assistance or remote work sector;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Experience as a tech recruiter is a plus; Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for remote work environments;Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools;Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work environment;Proficient reading and writing skills in English
    Benefits
