UI/UX Designer

ElioS-Talent is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will work closely with product managers, engineers and client stakeholders to create strategically sound and deeply usable experiences.

• Own the end-to-end design process for one or more products from research and wireframes through final developer handoff
• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients and internal teams to clarify problems before jumping into solutions
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications that engineers can build from with minimal iteration

We are looking for someone who has experience in designing complex systems, communicating design decisions clearly to technical non-technical stakeholders including client leadership. You should have 3+ years of experience in product design ideally within a startup consultancy or fast-paced environment.
