• This full-time position involves supporting end-to-end guest experiences, ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times.


• The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their temporary accommodation stay.


• You will be responsible for managing and resolving guest-reported maintenance and service issues promptly and professionally.


• A key aspect of this role is processing client extension requests accurately and efficiently.
