- Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Partner with BD on discovery calls, gather customer technical requirements, architect tailored solutions and communicate gaps to our product team.
- Integration Lifecycle Management: Own integration lifecycle from initial discovery call through final go-live including creating development guides and providing hands-on support during implementation.
